The acquisition is Bonnier’s first in Uppsala. The properties house an office building, Stationsgallerian of approximately 12,700 square meters and an adjacent garage building with approximately 150 garage spots, both are fully leased. The properties are located in direct proximity to Uppsala Central Station.

Our goal is to become a local, long-term actor by acquiring additional office properties, mainly in the area that we have now purchased properties in and in other good city locations in Uppsala,” says Transaction Manager at Bonnier Fastigheter, Björn Boestad.
