The property comprises 8 500 square meters of retail, office and warehouse space. The selling price amounts to EUR 5M after deduction for deferred tax, and is in line with the property’s book value.
Withdrawal will take place in June 2018, and the sale means that Kungsleden now exits Katrineholm.
