Special investment fund Trevian Finland Properties I has made two acquisitions in the Jyväskylä region from Finanssineliö Oy: Torikulma office and business premises in Jyväskylä city centre, and an 11,000 sqm entity of convenience goods and services at the Muuramekeskus shopping centre in the Jyväskylä region.
Main tenants at the Muuramekeskus shopping centre include Lidl and Halpa-Halli. Torikulma has been leased out to 11 tenants, the largest of which is the City of Jyväskylä.
“The fund’s first investments in the Jyväskylä region complement the existing portfolio and improve its geographical diversification, in line with the fund’s strategy. At the Muuramekeskus shopping centre, long leases in convenience goods, together with a diversified tenant base, make the acquisition appealing. The Torikulma premises in the immediate city centre of Jyväskylä allow for many different uses of the property”, says Risto Aro, Director of Real Estate Investments at Trevian Funds AIFM.

The sellers’ advisors were Rodavest Oy and DLA Piper. The buyer’s legal advisor was Project Law.
