Colin Waddell joined CBRE in 2000 and spent 15 years in Central Europe, where he was instrumental in establishing and building CBRE’s Czech Republic and Polish businesses. He subsequently returned to the UK in 2015 to join the National business and most recently led the UK property tax / rating team.

“Colin’s significant experience in different markets and with growing businesses means that he is ideally positioned to step into the role and to help take the business through its next stage of development. Colin and Joni will work together and with the management team to ensure an orderly handover of responsibilities. As our business continues to grow and diversify, I see this as the right time to step down from the role of managing director and let Colin continue to lead us towards becoming a world class company.
