Vonovia Acquires Starwood's Shares in Victoria Park

Sweden — Vonovia has announced that the company now controls 81.4 percent of the shares and 81.1 percent of the votes in Victoria Park.

Today Vonovia has announced that Vonovia, through its subsidiaries, acquired all the shares in Victoria Park owned by a controlled company of Starwood Capital Group. The acquisition relates to 27,074,397 Class A shares and 32,486,304 Class B shares.
