D Carnegie Acquires in Södertälje

Sweden — The Blackstone company D Carnegie has entered into an agreement to acquire two residential properties for MSEK 70. The properties are located in Södertälje in close vicinity to other D Carnegie properties. The transaction is a share deal with closing scheduled in the fourth quarter of 2018. The properties are acquired from Fastighets AB L E Lundberg. The annual rental value amounts to SEK 4.36 million.
