Sweden Sweden Aberdeen Standard Investments’ Pan-Nordic core fund "Aberdeen Property Nordic Fund 1 SICAV-FIS" sells the property Apoteket 9 in Linköping to Vasaparken Fastighets AB.

The property consists of both office and commerce. The retail part is known as Filbytergallerian and is located at Stora torget in Linköping. Aberdeen Standard Investments has begun a development of the mall, which is now entering a new phase. Vasaparken will take over the property on October 1, 2018.
"We are passing the baton to Vasaparken. The sale frees up capital for new acquisitions,” says Patrik Westerberg, Senior Transactions Manager at Aberdeen Standard Investments.
"We are pleased about the opportunity to acquire this centrally located neighborhood in Linköping. It complements our current property and we look forward to continuing to develop and manage Filbytergallerian,” says Oscar Åhman, CEO of Vasaparken Fastighets AB.
