Sweden — Aspelin Ramm has bought a lot in Torslanda, Gothenburg, of about 38,000 sqm land and 14,000 sqm of local area adapted for logistics or manufacturing.

The seller is Assa Abloy Entrance Systems.

"Torslanda is a very attractive and expansive district in Gothenburg where we with the new purchase confirm our presence in the area. Previously, we also own the neighboring property, which means that the total development area is 56,000 sqm," says CEO Lennart Karlsson.
