Evli Acquires Six New Nursing Homes

Finland — Evli Fund Management Company's Evli Healthcare I Ky fund has signed a contract to purchase a portfolio of six new nursing homes. The seller is Fincap Oy and a private investor group.

Four of the nursing homes are already in operation whereas two are under construction. The nursing homes under construction will be transferred to the fund's ownership upon completion. The total value of the nursing homes is around EUR 20 million.
