Region has entered into an unconditional share transfer agreement for the acquisition of a portfolio of eleven properties in Sisjön, Gothenburg. Sellers are Alaska Fastigheter. The portfolio comprises a leaseable area of 38,000 square meters and consists largely of office and business premises. Sisjön is a retail and business area located approximately 10 kilometers south of central Gothenburg and together with adjacent Högsbo is one of the city's major urban development areas. Access will take place on November 30, 2018.
The acquisition is Regio's third in the Gothenburg region in 2018 and in total, the company acquired 60,000 square meters of mainly offices this year. In accordance with Regio's established management model, Grandab Management has been assigned the task of managing the properties in Sisjön and is also responsible for managing the Region's other assets in the Gothenburg region.
Regio's advisors has been Vinge and PWC. Alaska Fastigheter's advisor was Panreal and Werks Advokater.
