Balder Acquires Office Property Under Construction

Sweden — Balder acquires the office property Park 49 in Gothenburg from Skanska for MSEK 418 (€ 45 M).

The transfer of the property is scheduled to July 1, 2016. The property holds 7,500 sqm in central Gothenburg. The first tenants move into Park 49 during spring 2016.

One of the first to move in will be the buyer Fastighets AB Balder.

Contracted tenants include the West Sweden Chamber of Commerce, law firm Glimstedt, Ernst & Young and Litigate law firm.

Balder and Skanska are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
