Västerås acquires the property Västerås Ateljén 1 in Västerås from Catea Group and Zemafor.

The leaseable area of the property amounts to 3,459 square meters and consists of premises for warehouses, offices and rarities. The annual rent value amounts to MSEK 4.2.

"When we acquired the larger Västerås portfolio from Castellum, we expressed that additional acquisitions would be made. This very well-maintained property by the E18 highway with good accessibility and a good tenant mix. Both management and rental work benefit from the fact that we can grow with our tenants and meet their premise needs," says Stendörren's CEO Fredrik Brodin.

The seller's adviser was New Property and the buyer's legal advisor was the law firm Glimstedt.
