The area is located at Tyresö center and the project consists of approximately 175 homes that will accommodate condominiums.
The detailed plan is expected to gain legal force during Q2 2019 and the construction start of the first stage is estimated to take place in the fall of 2019 with completion in 2021.
“It has been a rewarding process to run the detailed planning process for these building rights together with the housing association Solhöjden. We look forward to completing our first project in Tyresö and building affordable and efficient tenant-owned apartments in Tyresö Centrum,” says Christian Olofsson, CEO of SPG.
Hamilton Law Firm, with responsible partner Charles Andersson, is SPG’s legal advisor.
