The construction of Asunto Oy Lauri Korpisen katu 8 will begin in January 2019 and the project will be completed at the turn of 2020-2021.

The project at Lauri Korpisen katu 8 will feature new space design that make it possible to build high-quality apartments even more cost-efficiently than before. The plan is to build multi-purpose rooms for all of the apartments at Lauri Korpisen katu 8 and to deliver the rooms to the site as finished elements.

The six-storey building with two staircases consists of singles, two-room apartments and three-room apartments as well as new kinds of shared-use facilities.
