Novi, started operations in the spring of 2016 with the task of managing the Gamla Livförsäkringsaktiebolaget SEB Trygg Liv's Swedish property portfolio of about 500,000 square meters, has quickly become a well-established player in the real estate market. The company currently has offices in Stockholm and Gothenburg with just over 40 employees. Almost two years ago, Marie Bucht Toresäter took over as CEO of Novi. She is also a member of the sister company MVB's board for one year.

"We really believe in Novi as a company and its employees. The company has developed incredibly well during the short time it has been active and we see that Marie and her colleagues will continue on that path. That Novi also fits well into our corporate family is another reason for us to expand our ownership now when opportunity is given," says Erika Hellman CEO Gullringsbo Egendomar.

Novi is a company that often finds new ways and thinks a little differently. The company works in an efficient and personal way and accepts new technology with the overall goal of delivering the greatest value for the customers' investments.

"Novi was initiated by Grandab and together with Gullringsbo we have been involved in developing Novi to the competitive player they currently are in the external management market. It is a natural step that Gullringsbo now becomes a larger owner of the company, which ensures the company's long-term business power. We will remain on the company's board and look forward to Novi's continued development with confidence," says Mikael Hasselberg, partner in Grandab.
