Finland —
Special investment fund Trevian Finland Properties I has bought the Seinäjoki courthouse from the Alfred Kordelin Foundation at Keskuskatu 21 in the Seinäjoki city centre. The property, built in 1996, has 3,013 sqm of leasable area, and the South Ostrobothnia district court as tenant.

“This is our first acquisition and a game opener in Seinäjoki region”, says Risto Aro, Trevian Funds AIFM’s Director of Real Estate Investments. “We were fond of the central location of the building, as well as having the Finnish State as tenant with a long lease. South Ostrobothnia is economically a very virile region, and Seinäjoki is among the top three net migration cities in Finland, both quantitatively and qualitatively, measured by destination attractivity.”
