The new property is located in an attractive location just a few minutes from Arlanda Airport and about 30 minutes from central Stockholm.

The new building, which is built on speculation, is expected to be ready for occupancy in early 2020 and further strengthen Prologi's presence in the strategically important Stockholm area.

The acquisition is in line with the company's overall strategy to build on the strong market situation prevailing in the area.

"Stockholm is one of the fastest growing cities in Europe. Historically high occupancy rates in the area mean that there is a large shortage of vacant premises and that we have already received expressions of interest from several prospective customers,” says Gunnar Gillholm, Vice President of Prologis Nordics.

The seller of the property is Rosenqvist Fastigheter.

"The sale is a strategic decision and gives us the opportunity to focus on other property projects in one of the strongest growth regions in Sweden. Prologis is a safe and progressive business partner that we hope to continue doing business with," says Mattias Lindqvist, CEO of Rosenqvist Fastigheter.
