The property currently comprises approximately 18,000 square meters of lettable area with development opportunities to expand the property with an additional 6,000 square meters of office space and an adjacent residential property of approximately 60 apartments.
"We have invested in Sweden on behalf of our global customers since 2006. We are still very positive about the outlook for Stockholm's office market. This property is located in one of Stockholm's main development areas. We look forward to being able to develop the property together with Scius into a high quality office property, which fits our 'manage-to-core' strategy well," says Rob Johnston, Senior Director Transactions at Invesco Real Estate.
"The property has great qualities and has all the prerequisites to become a first-class office product. It will be fun to develop the property together with Invesco," says Joen Siggelin at Scius Partners.
Invesco Real Estate was advised by Linklaters and SEB Trygg Liv of Catella and Cederquist.
