Tyresö Centrum is located 20 kilometers south of Stockholm.

The properties contain 31,000 sqm of retail and service and they are strategically located in the fast growing center of Tyresö. Diligentia will take possession of the properties on September 1st 2015.

CBRE owned Tyresö Centrum through CBRE European Shopping Centre Fund that also owns Valbo Köpcentrum. The fund was launched in 2015 with a life length of seven years.

The center has since been expanded with approximately 3,000 sqm.

With out retail and shopping center competence we hope to contribute to the rapid growth of this municipality and its residents with a city development value. We also see potential in a future densification with residence development in the property” says Bo Jansson, Property Manager of Housing and Shopping Centers, Diligentia.
