The lease is made to Handelsbanken in the property Tre Vapen at Östermalm in Stockholm. Handelsbanken assumes the direct relationship with the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency "Naturvårdsverket" moving and then taking over all the premises that the authority leaves.

Near Garnisonen, Karlaplan's metro station and with immediate proximity to Gärdet's green areas lies the property Tre Vapen. The property was originally built for Konstfack and was inaugurated in 1959.

In 2004, Konstfack moved to Vasakronan's property at Telefonplan. In connection with this, Tre Vapen were converted to Campus Gärdet - an open and outgoing office and college campus with approximately 1,300 workplaces, restaurants and exhibition areas. SIDA and the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency have long been the largest tenants.

"The strong rental trend in Stockholm's absolute city has led to increased demand for good premises in other inner city areas, such as Östermalm. For example, we recently signed contracts with Happy Socks about 2,300 square meters in the Garnisonen and we also conduct dialogues with existing customers on both extensions and extensions in the same property," says Ronald Bäckrud, Regional Manager Stockholm.
