Tobias Rönnberg, Elias Söderström and Jonatan Westerblom have been hired as rental managers at Citycon. All will work on leasing the commercial premises in Citycon's nine Swedish shopping centers, in close cooperation with the central administration. Citycon's Nordic portfolio is valued at SEK 46 billion, which makes the company the largest listed Nordic purchasing center player.
"We are happy to expand our rental group with a strong addition of new energy and expertise. The new rental managers will be an important asset in the work of managing and developing our shopping centers with a varied and wide store mix that meets the visitors' everyday needs of meeting places, shopping, service and experiences,” says Jussi Vyyryläinen, rental manager at Citycon.
Tobias comes from a role as consultant at HUI, where he worked with statistics, analysis and advice for the physical trade. In addition to expertise in analysis of trade, Tobias also has experience of center development as project manager.
Elias has had roles as an analyst at Cushman & Wakefield, a valuer at JLL and as a financial analyst and Investment manager at Genesta. In the role of Investment Manager, he managed properties in Genesta's portfolio and participated in rental negotiations.
Jonathan comes from The Retail Headquarters, where he worked with rental and tenant representation in the trade in Sweden, the Baltic countries and Iceland.
Elias starts at Citycon in late April and Tobias and Jonathan start in May.
