The portfolio comprises six properties in southern Sweden.
The portfolio comprises a total of approximately 32,155 square meters with annual rental income of SEK 18.9 million. The properties are located in Linköping, Nässjö, Ljungby, Malmö, Växjö and Falköping. The tenants include PacsOn, Xerox Sverige AB and Laritryck and the average remaining contract period amounts to 4.9 years.
The occupancy rate is 97 percent. The properties will be taken up today on April 30, 2019. The acquisition is financed through its own cash register.
"The newly acquired warehouse portfolio consists of properties with good quality in good locations in each market. The properties complement the commercial portfolio well geographically and offer a good return," says Stina Lindh Hök, operational manager of Nyfosa.
The purpose of Hamhus sales is to focus more on the Jönköping area.
