The properties Uppsala Danmarks-Kumla 8:12 and 8:13 are located next to E4's southern entrance to Uppsala, just east of Bolandet. Currently, four buildings are under construction, three of which are fully leased. The tenants are Taxi Kurir, Harrys Bilcenter, Ryds bilgas and Werksta. The total lettable area amounts to approximately 7,400 square meters and all buildings are expected to be ready during the summer of 2019.

The transaction price amounts to approximately MSEK 140 and the transaction is carried out in a corporate form. The seller is Industrifastighetsgruppen.
