The largest tenant is Postnord, which rents about 40 percent of the property, but there is also development potential in the property in the form of vacant space and the possibility of future new construction. The rental value amounts to approximately SEK 20 million. Access takes place during the month of June.
“We are happy to acquire a larger property in an excellent logistics location along the E4 highway. The property provides both a good initial cash flow and good opportunities for further refinement and expansion in the future," says Chairman of the Board Peter Strand.
Since the start in Malmö earlier this year, SLP has already made several acquisitions, but so far these have been located in Skåne.
“Right from the start we have communicated that we have no geographical limitations in Sweden. This acquisition is an important step for SLP, as we are now expanding our operations outside Skåne in accordance with our business and growth strategy," says Peter Strand.
