Esmero Sells Five K-Rauta Retail Properties

Finland — Fastighets AB Esmero Retail Property sold five K-Rauta retail properties located in large and mid-size cities in Finland. The portfolio was acquired by Kauko E. Naumanen Oy and Kiinteistö Oy Naumanen on behalf of companies to be established.

The five K-Rauta properties of the portfolio are located in Vantaa, Mikkeli, Rovaniemi, Iisalmi and Rauma and are fully leased to Kesko. The leasable area of the portfolio is approximately 28,000 square metres.
