The lease is for an area of 3,300 sqm which will be used for furniture pick up and is located adjacent to the current IKEA store.

The fit-out of the unit will commence immediately and is expected to be completed in 2016.

Valbo is a 37,030 sqm shopping centre which comprises 60 retail units spread over a single level and has 2,000 free car parking spaces. The retail units are let predominantly to well-established national tenants including Coop, H&M, Clas Ohlson and Kapp-Ahl. The scheme is located just outside the city of Gävle, in the province of Gävleborg on an arterial route.
