The property today hosts a hotel with 100 rooms and a welcoming lounge, as well as a bistro, bar and meeting room run by the hotel operator Connect Hotel. The property consists of approximately 2,400 sqm of lettable area and is located on Alströmergatan 41-43 on Kungsholmen.

Humlegården already owns and manages the adjacent building, Dykaren 10, which is also combined with the acquired property. Here, the operator hires additional premises of 1,400 sqm spread over 35 hotel rooms and lobby.

Access will take place in September 2019. The hotel operations will continue to be run under the direction of Connect Hotel, which in connection with the sale to Humlegården has signed a 20-year lease for premises in the two properties.

"We have aimed for growth and through the acquisition we strengthen our presence at Kungsholmen. The location is attractive and the hotel provides important services in the neighborhood. Dykaren 33 becomes an excellent complement to our other real estate portfolio and contributes to efficient and rational management in the area," says Anna Kullendorff, Business Development Manager at Humlegården.

Nordier Property Advisors has been the seller's advisor in the deal.
