Multihuset at Limhamn comprises approximately 19,800 square meters of lettable area, of which approximately half consists of a parking garage. The project is expected to be a service hub for the area with health center, child care center, grocery store, parking, pharmacy and preschool. Multihuset also consists of some thirty apartments and attractive offices.

The acquisition takes place in company form. Access to the properties is planned for the fourth quarter of 2019. The acquisition will be financed through existing cash and through the raising of new loans, in accordance with the company's policy.

"After the acquisition, our share of residential and community properties of the portfolio will amount to over 75 percent, which is another step closer to our long-term goal of 80 percent."
