Having joined JLL in 2006 in Stockholm, Hohenthal has built significant expertise in the Nordic real estate investment market. He relocated to Finland in 2008 and three years later became the Head of Capital Markets at JLL in Finland. He holds an extensive transaction record having led a number of complex deals in the Nordics real estate market.

In this new role, Hohenthal will have overall leadership responsibility for JLL’s strategic direction and continued business growth in Finland. He will also continue in his current role as Head of Capital Markets in Finland.

Tero Lehtonen takes the newly created position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) after more than ten years at JLL. He joined the company’s Valuation and Research team in 2006 and has been instrumental in positioning JLL’s advisory services as market leading. In his role as COO, Lehtonen will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Finnish business.
