Quorum Acquires in Jyväskylä

Finland — Quorum Kehitysrahasto I Ky property fund acquires a retail property in Jyväskylä, Finland for €7.8 M. The seller is Esmero Retail Property, a company owned by a fund of Partners Group (listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange) and managed by Nordic real estate investor Niam.

The acquiring fund has after the acquisition a property value of € 28 M.
