Colliers International has brokered the sale of the property in Risskov located on the corner of Viengevej and Grenåvej. The property is fully rented to 12 tenants and is ideally located in relation to the Aarhus Center, the Ring Road system, the E45 and the Djursland motorway.

Despite the good location, the property had long been for sale with another broker before Colliers took over the sale. Subsequently, Søren Lindbjerg, partner in Colliers International Aarhus, saw great interest and several offers from both local and regional buyers. 

"The property was known in the market through a previous offer, but the opportunities and visions of the property were not made visible. When this happened and the right buyers were contacted, the sale was quickly completed to a local investor who took over the property on July 1, 2019," says Søren Lindbjerg, partner at Colliers International Aarhus.
