Hökerum Fastigheter has entered into a share transfer agreement regarding the acquisition of the Rosengård 14 property, which is a local supply center property which is Huskvarna's center in Jönköping municipality. The building comprises approximately 15,000 square meters of housing, corresponding to 195 apartments, and just over 17,000 square meters of premises with elements of, among other things, food, gym, municipal operations, bank, office and shops. Admission will take place on October 1 this year.

The seller is Plejad AB, which is owned by Invex Group AS. The underlying property value amounts to approximately SEK 400 million. Panreal has been the seller's business adviser in the transaction. The law firm Glimstedt has acted as legal advisor to the seller and WSA Law has acted as legal advisor to the buyer.

The property also contains development opportunities via a positive plan message.

"This is something that we will continue to work with and can in future mean that we can build another 100 homes on the property," says Linda. Ståhl.
