In the beginning of July, Alecta became 100 percent owner of Bredden (former InfraCity) in northern Stockholm.

Bredden is a major business and retail park located between Arlanda airport and Stockholm city comprising more than 190,000 square meters of office, retail, hotel, storage and service space.

It is also one of Stockholm’s largest development areas with some 195,000 sqm of existing building rights. Profi Fastigheter will continue to manage Bredden on behalf of Alecta. Pangea Property Partners, who writes about the acquisition in their report Pangea Weekly, was strategic and financial adviser to the owner consortium in the recapitalisation process.
