The property serves as the premises of the Finnish HVAC and wholesale business Onninen, which was sold by Onvest, the predecessor of Conficap, to Kesko in 2016. The buyer in the deal that was realised in the summer is the tenant of the property, Onninen Polska, which is owned by Kesko Oyj.

“We have decided to centralise our direct property ownership in Finland. We will still continue our operations abroad, but instead of direct investments, we will focus on collective investments and real estate funds. Prior to this, we have already sold our properties in Örebro, Sweden, for example,” says Atte Köykkä, Conficap’s Director, Real Estates.
