Conficap Oy acquiries a property in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki, from Pegasos Real Estate Ky. The property, Kiinteistö Oy Hiomotie 6, is located in the Pitäjänmäki business area, where Conficap already owns three office buildings at the addresses Hiomotie 8, Takomotie 8 and Kornetintie 3. Together, the properties form an integrated unit, known as the Juju business campus.
Following the purchase of the property, the campus will have a leasable area of over 40,000 sqm, which will enable comprehensive services to be made available for all tenants.
The Juju business campus is located within walking distance of the Pitäjänmäki and Valimo train stations. Two stations on the upcoming Raide-Jokeri line will be located at their nearest within 100 meters of the properties. There is also a particularly abundant number of parking spaces alongside the buildings for users and their guests.
“Together with our tenants, we are building a business campus Juju where everyday life goes on. In addition to the lounge services, restaurants and conference centre that will be coming to Juju, we will be launching more new services, which will be revealed in more detail during the autumn. Currently, we are in the process of renovating our previously acquired properties and now have the opportunity to acquire even more modern and well-maintained office space along with them,” says Atte Köykkä, Director, Real Estates, at Conficap.
During the past year, Conficap has grown its real estate business by acquiring office and logistics properties at, among others, Vuorikatu 20 in central Helsinki, Pitäjänmäki in Helsinki, and in Espoo and Vantaa. In the Turku region, the company has acquired the well-known properties of Torinkulma (Turku) and Lasikuutio (Raisio).
