“Reaching the target for Fund II is a major milestone for the organization. The new capital has allowed us to continue building the team and open a new office in Copenhagen. We are grateful to all of the investors from Fund I who continue to support us and we welcome the new investors,” says Sloan Wobbeking, Partner & CEO at Alma Property Partners.
Alma’s second fund has already completed over ten acquisitions across four investment strategies, including the acquisition of Sivia Torg, an extensive future development in central Uppsala.
“We have made considerable progress since founding Alma five years ago. Fund II is about twice the size of Fund I and we are off to a strong start from an acquisition perspective. We continue to see attractive opportunities where our ability to work actively with the properties in close cooperation with our asset management partners is an important part of the strategy,” says Simon de Château, Partner & CIO at Alma Property Partners.
The establishment of Alma Property Partners II AB was advised by Probitas Partners as placement agent and Roschier as legal counsel.
