Sebastian Schlasberg took his position at Scius in October. He will be responsible for asset management, but will also be involved in business development and new transactions.

Sebastian Schlasberg previously worked at Corem Property Group where for ten years he held various positions, most recently as regional manager Stockholm. Prior to Corem, he worked at Catella Corporate Finance.

"Sebastian's financial and operational experience combined with his commitment means that he will fit in well with us at Scius, both in terms of real estate development and offering to investors," says Scius' Mikael Freudmann.
