The property fund AKR Aura KY has sold a healtchare property, encompassing 8,800 sqm to the fund EQ Hoivakiinteistöt.

The property is leased on long-terms to Suomen Terveystalo.

Auratum (the funds AKR Tuotto, AKR Tuotto II and AKR Verto) has also sold nine grocery stores to Sirius Fund I Grocery. The properties are located in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, Tampere and Turku region.
