SLP has made its first acquisition in Landskrona when acquiring and accessing a property with well-stocked warehouse and office space. The building has a lettable area of about 3,000 sqm and is fully let to Unisport Scandinavia. Unisport is one of the leading players in sports facilities, activity areas and equipment in the Nordic region.

“We have been looking at Landskrona since the start of SLP and are pleased to have now acquired a property with a good location and potential near E6.
