In the 35,000-square-foot property that was Nokia Network's former headquarters, Nordika has created a campus according to international examples such as Google and Facebook. In the building there are mobile workplaces, a Playground area with a large gym, gaming area, relaxation areas, billiards, air hockey and other things that make tenants happy. There are also pick-up boxes for e-commerce, hairdresser, massage, sauna department and a really good café with home baked as well as an organic restaurant.

“It's not rocket science what we did with Säterinportti Campus, but for the Finnish office market it is quite innovative. The fact that Nordika managed to rent out the property so quickly with well-known and strong tenants is based on the fact that we offer something missing. It may feel natural to offer premises that tenants should enjoy and feel good in, but all too often it is not," says Jonas Grandér, CEO of Nordika.

“Since taking over an almost completely vacant property, we have worked actively to create something unique, and we have worked purposefully with many different parts. Now that we not only have BREEAM certification in place but also got WELL certification as the first property owner in Finland is something we are extremely happy about," says Robert Högström, property manager at Nordika.
