Anette Frumerie is a civil engineer from KTH and is currently CEO of the housing developer Besqab. She has 25 years of experience from the construction and real estate industry and has worked at Skanska and JM. At JM, Anette Frumerie held a number of different roles during her 17 years at the company, including as business unit manager, regional manager and project manager, and she was also a member of Group Management.
"I am very happy that we have succeeded in recruiting Anette Frumerie. She is a person with a lot of energy, goal oriented and with a clear business drive. Combined with her long experience of leading roles in the construction and real estate industry, she has exactly the experience and skills that Rikshem needs when the company now places more focus on increased business development such as developing the property portfolio and increasing the rate of new production," says Bo Magnusson, Chairman of Rikshem.
"Rikshem attracts me through its long-term view and willingness to combine business acumen and community engagement. I am really looking forward to taking my business sense where I always have value creation in focus and together with the employees at Rikshem help create a good return for Sweden's pensioners," says Anette Frumerie, incoming CEO at Rikshem.
Anette Frumerie will take up her position no later than June 4, 2020. Until then, as previously communicated, Per Uhlén will continue as acting CEO.
