Lumo Kodit Oy and Peab Oy have agreed on the construction of 64 new rental apartments in Sompasaari, Helsinki. The property is located at Vinsentinaukio 4 in close proximity to services and the metro.

The Lumo apartments will include singles as well as two-room, three-room, four-room and five-room apartments. Redi shopping centre provides diverse services in the area. Sompasaari also benefits from the proximity of the sea and canals.
