Sweden — The property is fully let with a lettable area of approximately 13,000 square meters of logistics and light industry in Stenvreten's industrial area in the city of Enköping.

The buyer is a joint venture controlled by Blackstone and M7 Real Estate. Pangea was the sole advisor to Nordika and Partners Group in the divestment.
