The Tikkuri shopping center is centrally located in Tikkurila, Vantaa, Finland. In recent years, the area has undergone rapid development thanks to good transport links and high population growth. Tikkuri is located next to Vantaa City Hall and Tikkurila Train Station, which is one of the busiest train stations in Finland. The train journey from Tikkurila to Helsinki Central Station is about 20 minutes and Helsinki Airport is about 15 minutes. The investment is the first Finnish investment in Alma's second opportunistic fund and is made together with Mrec Investment Management.
