The number and variety of players in the Finnish property market is increasing rapidly with both new international and domestic players entering the market. Prime yields continue decreasing pressured by strong investment demand. Commercial property rental markets are challenged by tight economic conditions. The occupancy rate of Helsinki metropolitan area offices in institutional investors' portfolios decreased to 80 percent.

According to the KTI the transaction volume of the three first quarters of 2015 totaled € 4.1 billion, which is some 30 percent more than in the corresponding period last year.
