The portfolio consists of 14 properties and the total area amounts to 43,300 sqm. It is a mixture of properties, such as condominiums and central commercial properties.

“This acquisition complements our current management portfolio in Karlskrona, which is owned by the Nordhalla Group” says Fredrik Åman, Senior Investment Manager at Heimstaden.

It feels great that we got the chance to acquire CA Fastigheter’s well-run portfolio with the majority of the properties located on Trossö. We will continue CA Fastigheter’s 25 years of work by developing Karlskrona as a town.
