The 6,200 square meter property is centrally located in Östermalm, Stockholm. This is the second acquisition on behalf of GNRE Fund III in a short period of time. The fund acquired Filmstaden 23 in Råsunda, Solna, earlier this year.

"With these two properties in place, we will now continue to build our portfolio across the Nordics," says David Neil.
