The active premises investment strategy enables investments in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, Tampere and Turku. The portfolio already has four properties in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, and with this latest acquisition, Aktiivitilat expanded to Tampere by acquiring three investment properties.

“Our new properties are located in Nekala and the Tesoma area and are almost fully leased with varying contract lengths. With a total leasable area of ​​28,805 square meters, we are now very strong in the Tampere market.”

“Our next investments will again be in the Helsinki metropolitan area. We have equity to invest in and a working loan arrangement is also in place for new investments, so we are actively looking for items to buy.”
