The transaction is carried out as a corporate transaction and Heba will take over the shares and thus indirectly the property in connection with the completion of the project during the second quarter 2021. Heba invests a total of SEK 409 million in the project, of which SEK 401 million relates to the agreement with Slättö. The distribution between purchase price and loan will be determined in connection with Heba's access to the shares in the company. HEBA will finance the acquisition. The ongoing construction in Norrtälje harbor consists of eight housing units with four to six floors and a total of 143 rental housing, 535 sqm of living space and 50 garage spaces with a total lettable area of 8,527 sqm.
"This is our second acquisition in beautiful Norrtälje harbor. Together with our previous acquisition, which is in direct connection, it will be a good management unit with 226 rental apartments and an elderly home with 80 apartments," says Patrik Emanuelsson, CEO of Heba.
