The Dockworks and Uno will comprise a total of 57,000 square meters of offices and hotels. The projects will, as a new destination in Stockholm, offer a meeting place that attracts the modern man's every need and requirements.

Construction in Dockworks is expected to take place in Q1 2021 with occupancy in the autumn of 2023. In the Uno office project, a total renovation of 7,500 square meters of office space has been completed in Niam's existing property. The first tenants are moving in now in June and approximately 5,800 square meters remain to rent. In addition to the offices in Uno, this building also houses the Scandic Ariadne hotel with 280 rooms, conference and restaurant.
